Custard Buns

Weigh the ingredients for later use.

Add powdered sugar to the egg liquid, and mix it first to prevent the powdered sugar from splashing.

Beat the egg until it turns white, and lift the liquid from the egg beater into a dripping state.

Pour in canola oil and milk. Mix well with a whisk.

Sift in cornstarch and milk powder.

Mix into a dough that doesn't stick to your hands.

Divide the dough into four pieces, roll each dough into long strips, and cut into small pieces with a silicone cutter.

Then knead into small balls of 2 g in size. Preheat the oven at 160 degrees for 5 minutes. Use a watering can to spray some water on the dough balls.

Put the small buns and bake for 20 minutes until the surface is colored.

The golden, crispy custard steamed buns are a great weapon to coax your baby.
Tips:
1. It takes a while to rub the ball. In order to eat for the children at home, I used canola oil, you can also use the same amount of butter instead, the taste will be more crispy.
2. It is recommended to spray some water before putting the kneaded steamed buns into the oven to prevent cracking, or use a brush.
