Custard Butter Cookies

Mix the whole egg, milk and sugar evenly.

The butter softens at room temperature.

Use an electric whisk to whip the butter to make it larger and stir in the air.

Add the mixed liquid of step 1 in three times during the whipping process. After each addition, mix well and add the next time.

Until it hits it evenly, finely and smoothly.

Sift in low powder.

Mix well and make a dough.

Use moon cake molds to press out biscuits and place them neatly on the baking tray.

Put it into the preheated oven, 175 degrees for 28 minutes.

Get out of the oven and let cool.

Just serve it and eat it.

The temperature and time of baking are flexible. After all, different ovens have different tempers.
