Ingredients

Custard Oatmeal Toast Pudding

1. Prepare materials.

2. One piece of toast, tear it into small pieces and put it in a small baking dish.

3. Add a handful of fruit oatmeal.

4. Two spoons of milk powder, two spoons of sugar, add water and mix thoroughly.

5. Add two eggs to the milk.

6. Mix the eggs and milk well.

7. Pour the well-mixed custard into the toast.

8. Sprinkle with some oatmeal and dried cranberries.

9. Cover the baking tray with tin foil, preheat the oven, and put the toast pudding in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

10. The baked toast pudding is bulging at the beginning, then it sinks slowly when it cools at room temperature.

Tips:

The ratio of milk to eggs is 1:1. You can add some butter to make it more fragrant. Today, I didn't add butter because of time.
