Custard Pudding

Weigh the sugar first.

Add milk and whipped cream to the egg beater.

Add sugar to heat the water and stir constantly.

Until the sugar melts, then cool the milk until it is not hot.

Add eggs.

Stir evenly with a hand mixer.

Sieve the mixed pudding 2-3 times.

Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for one hour.

Pour the standing pudding liquid into the mold, 8-9 minutes full, add warm water to the baking tray, it is better not to be hot!
