Custard Red Bean Snowman Bread

Put salt, sugar, egg liquid, and water into the bread machine, then add high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, milk powder, yeast on the top, start stirring, about 15 minutes later, add unsalted butter, continue to stir for about 20 Minutes, take it out when finished. Dough into the expansion stage

Leave in a warm place to ferment for about 60 minutes, the dough will grow twice as large

Method 2 Take it out, and after it is completely exhausted, divide it into 6 small doughs of 50 grams and 6 small doughs of 20 grams. The remaining dough is divided into 6 small balls and formed into a circle, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Flatten 50 grams of dough with your hands

Pack about 1 tbsp of custard stuffing and 1 tsp of honey red beans. Close the mouth downwards, shape it into a ball, and put it in a paper mold

Then round 20 grams of small dough into a round shape and place it on the top center of Method 5, and start the second fermentation for about 50 minutes

Knead the remaining dough into a long strip of dough and wrap it around the seam of the two doughs to form a scarf (wrap it before entering the oven)

Put it into the preheated 180 degree oven, and bake the middle and lower layer in about 17-20 minutes (attention must be paid to cover with tin foil to prevent the snowman's head from being burnt)

Prepare 7 long biscuits, fold them in half and insert them into the bread. It’s just a hand~ and a mouth! The eyes are decorated with chocolate sauce, and the top of the head is cut into triangles with a large pair of marshmallows.
