Put eggs, milk, and sugar in the flour in turn, and tear off the small pieces of the medium noodles that have been fermented in advance and put them in.
2.
Mix it and knead well.
3.
Add corn oil and continue to knead the dough,
4.
It’s fine until a thin and tough glove film comes out. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature.
5.
Take the sausage you bought, cut the casing with a knife, tear off the casing and set aside
6.
After 90 minutes of fermentation, the dough becomes twice as large. Dip your fingers into the flour and poke a hole in the middle of the noodles. The noodles will not shrink and the dough will be fermented.
7.
After taking out the air, divide the dough into 6 pieces of about 90g, then roll round and cover with cling film to relax for 10 minutes. This must be done, otherwise the length will not be rolled out.
8.
Take a piece and press it into a beef tongue shape. The length is about 25cm and the width is about 7.
9.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts
10.
Roll up from top to bottom, with the mouth facing down, make all 6 in turn, and cover with plastic wrap
11.

12.
Then bend into n-shape
13.
Put the sausage on the n-shaped noodle, put the 2 heads over the sausage,
14.
Drill out from the n-shaped surface,
15.
, The shaping is completed, put it in the baking tray,
16.
Put a bowl of hot water on the bottom of the oven for about 20 minutes, brush the rabbit with corn oil, including the sausages, to prevent the sausages from drying out, heat the middle layer at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, and cover with tin foil after baking. After baking, use chocolate to draw the eyes and mouth of the bunny. A cute bunny bun is ready.
Tips:
1. Before rolling the sausage, sprinkle the noodles with dry powder so that it can be shaped.
2. Be sure to observe when baking, and cover the surface with tin foil to a satisfactory degree!
