The small mushroom biscuits in the supermarket always attract the baby's attention, but after looking at the ingredient list, I put it down again. I vowed to the baby: Go, go home and we will make more beautiful together. After working with the baby for half an afternoon, it is finally out. It is really beautiful, delicious and healthy. The baby can't wait to share it with the kindergarten!

Cute Mushroom Biscuits

1. After the butter has melted in water, add milk, powdered sugar and yeast and mix well

2. Mix baking soda and low-gluten flour, sift into the butter liquid, and form a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for an hour

3. The awake dough is divided into small doses of about 5g each, and each dose is divided into two halves and kneaded into two small balls, and half of which is then kneaded into a large mushroom shank and a small mushroom shank.

4. Use chopsticks to make the mushroom head into a nest-like shape

5. Dip the mushroom shank with water to bind it

6. Arrange the prepared small mushrooms in a baking tray lined with baking paper

7. Put it in a preheated 150 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes

8. Melt the chocolate in a pan, or heat it over water to melt

9. After the baked biscuits cool, put the mushroom heads one by one in the chocolate liquid

10. Arrange it on the frozen baking sheet and put it in the refrigerator

11. Chubby is so cute
