Cute Squeezed Bear Bread

Start the kneading program again, 15 minutes, after kneading to the expansion stage, this time can hold out a thinner film.

Reunite the dough, place it in a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and leave to ferment in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Fermented until the dough expands twice as large, stick a hole in the flour with your fingers, and the fermentation is complete if it does not shrink or collapse.

Fermented dough The fermented dough is exhausted with a rolling pin, first divide 16g (add red yeast rice powder, make love), and divide the rest into two equal parts, and add cocoa powder to one part. Knead the dough separately so that we get three colored doughs.

Then we will divide the dough. The white dough is divided into a 52g dough (for ears, hands and feet), and the remaining dough is divided into 8 pieces, each about 30g. Do the same for the brown dough, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 15 minutes after they are rounded.

Except for the three small doughs for ears, hands and feet, and love, the rest of the loose dough is flattened and rounded again, and placed one by one in an 8.5-inch square mold with movable bottom in the entrance kitchen.

The shaped dough is sprayed with water mist, covered with plastic wrap, and placed in a warm place for a second pass. It takes about 20 minutes to ferment to twice its size.

During the dough fermentation, we will make couple bear ears and hands and feet. First take out the 52g white dough, separate out 8 3g tablets for the lovers bear’s ears, 8 1.5g tablets for the lovers bear’s hands, and 8 2g tablets for the lovers bear’s feet. Do the same for brown dough. The red dough was divided into 8 small doses (does not need to be even, but in the end I only used 4), all the small doses were rounded, covered with plastic wrap and set aside.

Take out the fermented dough, dip a little water behind the ears, hands and feet of the lovers, and place them in the corresponding positions. The small red agent is integrated into a love shape and placed in the corresponding position.

Put the finished dough into the preheated oven, heat up and down at 170°C, in the middle layer, bake for 23 minutes, and cover with tin foil when about 8 minutes remain.

Tips:
1. The amount of water in the dough should be adjusted according to the water absorption of the flour.
2. It can be fermented at room temperature in summer, if it is winter, you can use a bread machine or oven to ferment.
3. The baking time and temperature need to be adjusted according to the temper of your own oven.
4. Bread can be stored at room temperature for about 3 days, remember not to put it in the refrigerator. If you want to store it longer, put it directly in the freezer.
