Ingredients

Cuttlefish Pork Ribs Soup

1. Rinse the ribs with running water

2. Put water in the pot and pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine

3. Add some ginger and boil

4. After boiling, remove the ribs

5. Soak the cuttlefish for a few hours in advance, clean it, and remove the white and black film on the surface. These two types of film will be fishy.

6. Put the ribs and ginger in the saucepan
