Tips:

ジャガイモは、中2から3个でもよいでしょう. My house, 4 でバランス的にはジャガイモ ratioが高く作ります.猪肉の臭み取りで、生姜汁を大さじ1加えると良いです。

Two to three medium-sized potatoes are fine, but my family usually uses four. Remove the fishy pork and add 15 grams of ginger juice.
