Dad’s Favorite Dish to Go with Alcohol---stir-fried Chicken Gizzard Flowers

The chicken gizzards are cleaned, cut a few vertically on top, and then sliced horizontally

Shred the ginger and green peppers

Boil a pot of water, and remove the chicken gizzard flowers until they are cooked.

Heat up the frying pan, and fry the ginger and green pepper into the fragrant flavor

The hot cooked chicken gizzards also go in

Stir fry a few times, add salt
7.
Pour in a little soy sauce and stir evenly to get out of the pan
Tips:
The chicken gizzards are cooked first to remove the peculiar smell and add soy sauce to make the color more beautiful. You can omit it if you don’t like it.
