Dad’s Favorite Dish to Go with Alcohol---stir-fried Chicken Gizzard Flowers

1. The chicken gizzards are cleaned, cut a few vertically on top, and then sliced horizontally

2. Shred the ginger and green peppers

3. Boil a pot of water, and remove the chicken gizzard flowers until they are cooked.

4. Heat up the frying pan, and fry the ginger and green pepper into the fragrant flavor

Tips:
