Dampness Tea

Soak the barley in cold water for about 3 hours

Add to the pot after soaking

Add enough water at one time and start boiling. After the water is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour

Soak tangerine peel in water when cooking barley

The soaked tangerine peels are rinsed with running water and then added to the pot and boiled for 1 hour

Finally, you can add rock sugar to your taste and cook for a few minutes to melt the rock sugar, or you can drink without sugar

After cooking, discard the residue and leave the tea. You can drink it hot or cold
Tips:
It is not easy to drink this tea during medication.
