Dark Version of Cocoa Almond Cookies

Soften the butter, add powdered sugar and brown sugar, beat evenly with a whisk; add light cream and beat well

Sift in low flour and cocoa powder, mix well with spatula; add almond flakes, mix well

Wrap it in plastic wrap and arrange it in a rectangular shape; put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Take it out, tear off the plastic wrap, cut into about 1 cm thick slices, and arrange them into the baking tray (leave a little space between the biscuits, the biscuits will grow up when they are baked, so as not to stick together.)
