Date-flavored Glutinous Rice Cake
1.
Wash the glutinous rice and soak for 8 hours in advance. Pour the glutinous rice into an electric rice cooker and cook it into glutinous rice as usual.
2.
Crush the cooked sesame seeds, add some honey and water and mix well.
3.
Remove the jujube nucleus from the black date and cut into the end.
4.
Put the glutinous rice into a large plate, add 3 tablespoons of white sugar while it is hot, stir constantly with a rice spoon, repeatedly beat the glutinous rice to increase its viscosity.
5.
The fresh-keeping box is evenly brushed with a thin layer of corn oil, filled with a small amount of glutinous rice, flattened with a spoon, sprinkled with a layer of black dates, and then pressed with a layer of glutinous rice, flattened with a spoon.
6.
Sprinkle with crushed sesame seeds, flatten with a spoon, and compress as tightly as possible. Sesame has no viscosity, so it is much better than glutinous rice.
7.
Pour the remaining glutinous rice into the fresh-keeping container, flatten it and sprinkle the black jujube, and continue to press firmly.
8.
Put the lid on and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Take out the undercut.
9.
Cut into pieces and serve on a plate. It is sweet and waxy, mixed with the aroma of sesame and black dates, and eaten directly with a spoon. It is also good.
