Date Palm Glutinous Rice Porridge

Wash the glutinous rice and add some water

Wash and tear the date palms, take out the date pits and put them in the glutinous rice

Put in a small piece of rock candy (or keep it according to your taste)

Bring to a high heat and turn to a low heat to cook slowly, and the rice is ready to bloom.
Tips:
There is no trick to cooking porridge, it can be used: rice is cooked when water is boiled, or it can be cooked directly in cold water.
