There is a must-have snack on our New Year’s Eve dinner table, that is spring rolls! There are both salty and sweet. My family likes to eat salty. For the first time today, I used dried daylily soaked softly and mixed with pork mash to make fillings! The taste is good!

Daylily Meat Spring Rolls

1. After soaking the dried daylily, wash and remove the stalks

2. Buy ready-made pork puree

3. Cut the daylily into small pieces and mix with the pork puree, then chop well

4. Put the stuffing in a large basin and add the right amount of cooking wine and ginger juice

5. Add some salt and sugar

6. Add some oyster sauce and light soy sauce, mix well

7. Finally add some pepper and sesame oil and mix well

8. This is the ready material

9. Take a piece of spring roll wrapper and put some fillings

10. Wrap the spring rolls

11. Heat the pan and fry the spring rolls until golden brown on both sides

12. Remove the oil and use a kitchen paper towel to soak up the oil

Tips:

Adjust according to your preference, shepherd's purse meat, mustard pork, and leeks are all good
