When I bought matsutake last time, I bought some dried daylily by the way, and kept saying that I would use it for stew. The procrastination has been procrastinating, and finally remember to buy a piece of pork belly and stew it quickly!

Ingredients

Daylily Roast Pork

1. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and day lily in advance

2. Wash pork belly, add sliced ginger and shallots, boil in a pot under cold water
