Deep-fried Crispy River Prawns

First, clean the fresh river prawns in a basin about 3 times to remove impurities.

The cleaned river prawns are controlled in water for later use.

Add green onions, ginger slices, aromatic powder, cooking wine, and salt to the washed river prawns. Mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Add starch and egg white to the marinated river prawns, mix and paste. I don't use too much starch, personally don't like thick starch paste.
5.
Heat the cooking oil, put the prawns in the chopsticks and fry them until golden.
6.
Serve ready to eat.
Tips:
The river prawns are delicious, but clean them carefully. The oil temperature should not be too high during frying.
