River prawn meat has the characteristics of delicious taste and rich nutrition. Among them, the calcium content is the highest among various animal and plant foods. Small river prawns eat the most calcium with skin. The shell of prawns is thin and soft, and the calcium supplementation effect is very good when eaten with the skin, because the part with the highest calcium content is the shrimp skin. Especially suitable for the elderly and children to eat.
I bought half a catty of small river prawns at the morning market. They were very fresh and the children liked them very much after they were fried.

Deep-fried Crispy River Prawns

1. First, clean the fresh river prawns in a basin about 3 times to remove impurities.

2. The cleaned river prawns are controlled in water for later use.

3. Add green onions, ginger slices, aromatic powder, cooking wine, and salt to the washed river prawns. Mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes.

4. Add starch and egg white to the marinated river prawns, mix and paste. I don't use too much starch, personally don't like thick starch paste.

5. Heat the cooking oil, put the prawns in the chopsticks and fry them until golden.

6. Serve ready to eat.

Tips:

The river prawns are delicious, but clean them carefully. The oil temperature should not be too high during frying.
