Delicious and Refreshing Pork Belly Fried Noodles

Cucumber and bean sprouts are blanched and let cool for later use

Cut celery into small cubes, blanch it in water, and let it cool for later use

Shred green onions and set aside

Xinlimei cut radish into small cubes, add salt chicken essence, white sweet and sour, and marinate (you can also use it directly, but I personally think it tastes more refreshing when marinated and added to noodles

Cut pork belly into small pieces

Add a suitable amount of boiled water to the dried yellow sauce and the sweet noodle sauce and mix well. The reserved sweet noodle sauce can be a little more.

Add proper amount of oil to the pot, add pork belly after the oil is hot

Stir-fried pork belly until slightly yellow

Add in the previously adjusted sauce when simmering on low heat, add appropriate amount of sugar (because you have to eat more, so it should not be too salty)

Put the boiled sauce into a bowl and set aside

Cool water after noodles are cooked

Add shredded cucumber to the noodles, radish, bean sprouts, green onion and celery sauce

You can choose the dish code of the fried noodles according to your own preferences
When blanching vegetables, be sure to cool them quickly after blanching to ensure crispness
When cooking the sauce, be sure to keep stirring on a low heat to avoid frying
