Delicious Beef Burger

Pour a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan, add three eggs, cover the pan and turn to medium-low heat until the egg yolks are slightly white. Turn off the heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Prepare the fried eggs for later use.

Use a food processor to puree the beef, pour in an appropriate amount of corn oil, add 1 egg white and stir evenly, then add starch, oatmeal, black pepper, soy sauce, and salt and stir evenly. I made it at night and put it in the refrigerator until morning.

Wear disposable gloves, take an appropriate amount of minced meat, flatten it, and put it in a non-stick pan.

After one side is set, turn it over and fry until cooked through.

Take the hamburger and cut it from the middle as shown in the picture.

Squeeze the salad dressing, align the hamburger embryo, and turn it gently.

Put a piece of meatloaf on top.

Stack the fried eggs and lettuce one by one.
Tips:
1 After adding protein to the beef puree, it is best to wear disposable gloves. Anyway, grab it well and let the beef fully absorb and then add starch.
2 The size of the meatloaf can be adjusted according to your needs, and the thickness is about 2 cm. It is too thick to be cooked.
