Delicious Beetroot Bibimbap

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Diced bell pepper

3. Minced shallot, parsley and garlic

4. Diced carrot, beetroot, mixed nuts

5. Put the soaked rice, peanuts, red beans and peas into the pot, add an appropriate amount of purified water

6. Select the miscellaneous grains key to end

7. Stir in appropriate amount of lemon juice, linseed oil, diced bell pepper, chopped coriander, chopped chives, diced carrot, chopped garlic, and salt and stir well

Tips:

1. Coarse grains are good for health, but you should not eat too much. It is best for the elderly to cook rice with japonica rice.
