Delicious Crab Porridge

Wash the rice and pour it into the pot

Add appropriate amount of drinking water and cook porridge over low heat

Add some salt and chicken essence to taste

After untying the fresh crabs, clean them carefully and be careful of getting hurt~
5.
Open the crab shell and cut the crab body in half
6.
Put it in the porridge and continue to cook for about 10 minutes.

Crabs are cold in nature, so add appropriate amount of ginger in the process of cooking porridge

Just add some coriander before serving
