Delicious Glutinous Rice Balls

Prepare the glutinous rice flour, add an appropriate amount of warm water, and make it smooth and soft.

And stuffing, I prepared two kinds of stuffing: the first one is very simple, it is sweet-scented sweet-scented osmanthus bean paste (stir the sweet-scented sweet-scented sweet-scented osmanthus and bean paste together)

The second type is: black sesame mixed filling (after preparing black sesame seeds, rose flower sauce, chopped peanuts, and chopped walnut kernels, add white sugar and honey, and mix well)

To make glutinous rice balls, divide the glutinous rice dough before and and cut into small pieces, round them, press cakes, and stuff them.

Put the wrapped glutinous rice balls into a bowl with a little glutinous rice flour, and "rock" them at a 360-degree uniform speed until the glutinous rice flour in the bowl evenly coats the glutinous rice balls.
