When the oil is hot, pick up the oil cake and slowly slide it into the oil from the edge of the pan, being careful of being splashed by the oil.
It is necessary to control the temperature of the frying so that the oil cake is colored without zooming.
It is best not to sprinkle too much white sugar, and to measure according to your own taste.
The oil cake is best eaten while it is hot, and it will not have a soft taste and unique fragrance when it is cold.
If you can't finish it all at once, it's best to heat it up with an electric baking pan next time you eat it. The effect is also very good.
