Delicious Taro Balls

Wash the selected taro seeds and cook them in a pot until cooked

After the taro seeds are cooked, peeled and crushed, add sweet potato powder, taro seeds and sweet potato flour at a ratio of 1:1, add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of soy sauce, and add an appropriate amount of water to make a paste, not too thin!

Spoon the paste on the steamer with a spoon one by one, as shown in the figure

Cover the lid and steam for about 10-15 minutes. The taro balls will change color and the non-stick cloth will do!

Just grab it out of the pot! This taro ball can be used as a snack, you can slice and fry green pepper; the meatballs in scallion oil are also very delicious, you can also add cabbage to the soup, absolutely good!
Tips:
The ratio of the main ingredients is 1:1, and the paste is not flowing as well!
