Loofah Taro Seed

Ingredients: taro seeds.

Loofah.

Peel and wash the taro seeds.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Peel the loofah and wash it.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into hob blocks, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add taro seeds and stir fry.

Next, add some water to a boil and cook until the taro seeds are cooked and soft.

Then, stir fry the loofah.

Finally, add some light soy sauce and salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
