Delicious Vermicelli Steamed Baby Vegetables with Garlic
1.
1. After washing the baby vegetables you bought back, cut each into 6 pieces (the vegetables are small and delicious), and then put them on the plate in order.
2.
2. After rinsing the vermicelli, soak it in cold water for 8 minutes. It does not need to be soaked for too long, and it loses its taste. After soaking, place it in the middle of the plate containing baby cabbage.
3.
3. Peel half a head of garlic and cut into minced garlic. Wash 2 fresh red peppers and cut them into froth (one for students who can’t eat spicy is good, or put some red bell peppers, just to look good)
4.
4. Pour a little oil into the pot and stir-fry the minced garlic on low heat after it is warm. Don't stir-fry, otherwise it will not taste good. When the garlic has a strong flavor, add the chili froth and continue to fry for a few more times. Then pour in the oil and light soy sauce or a pint of fresh. When it becomes thick, add a small amount of chicken essence and sugar and turn off the heat.
5.
5. Pour the fried garlic on the vermicelli, put it in a steamer, and steam for 20 minutes on high heat.
6.
6. Take out the steamed plate (be careful not to burn your hands), sprinkle the chopped chives on the froth, and pour in a little freshness. A delicious steamed baby vegetable with garlic vermicelli is out
