Dendrobium Dendrobium Pork Ribs Soup

Fresh ribs, chopped into pieces.

Soak in water with ginger and cooking wine for 1 hour. Change the water twice in the middle.

Prepare iron stick yam, dendrobium officinale, chives and ginger.

Slice ginger, knotted chives, and cut Dendrobium officinale into sections.

Add boiling water to the saucepan.

Blanch the pork ribs in the boiling water, pick up the ribs from the place where the water is boiling, do not stick to the blood foam.

Tips:
1: Don't rinse the ribs with cold water or put them directly into the cold water pot after blanching. This will cause the protein to coagulate and it will be difficult to boil after boiling, so it is best to warm the soup in advance before processing the ingredients.
2: Yam is easy to oxidize. Soak it in dilute salt water if it is not used for the time being.
