Detox and Slimming Cucumber Kiwi Juice

If you drink it by yourself, 150ml of pure water is enough!

First, quickly stir the pure water to create a vortex.

Then quickly pour in the vitamin inulin, and then continue to stir.

After stirring, the vitamin inulin will all dissolve in water. The vitamin inulin can replenish vitamins and also has the effects of clearing intestines, slimming and detoxification, lowering blood sugar and blood lipids, especially for constipation. It is used in many high-end beverages and dairy products in Europe!

Then add the cucumber and kiwi that we prepared before to the vitamin inulin solution.

Tips:
1. When choosing kiwifruit, it will be sweeter when it is ripe, but the overall taste is light.
2. After the kiwi is cut, it must be cleaned, because some hairs will stick to the cutting board.
3. Don't add sugar. It's better to put 1 bag of vitamin inulin and don't put sugar. Excessive intake of sugar is very bad for human metabolism.
