Diced Pea Ham

Cut the ham into slices and then dice for later use.

Dice the carrots and wash the peas.

Put a spoonful of oil in the pot, then cover and simmer for a while. It can make the peas ripen quickly without using too much oil.

Pour in diced ham, diced carrots and corn kernels and stir-fry evenly. Add appropriate amount of salt to get out of the pan.

Since the carrots and corn kernels are put afterwards, and they are quickly stir-fried until they are out of the pot, the carrots and corn kernels are still crisp and sweet and very delicious.
