The best food is fruit cream cake, chocolate cake, mousse cake is too sweet and greasy. Still like the simple combination of cream and fruit, the taste can be rich and delicious. In the past, the proud family rushed to eat cream every time they celebrated their birthdays, because I like to eat cream.
Since I started baking every birthday, I have made it for myself, and I have also made birthday cakes for my family. Every year on my birthday, I want to make myself a very special and just right cake. Decorating cakes is not my strong point, because I don't know how to do it at all. Spreading the noodles is also not good, so it will only be a simple naked cake. In fact, I found that the simple naked cake is not only beautiful in appearance but also delicious.
This digital cake shared with you today does not require a special mold. All you need is a baking tray, a 4-inch open-bottom cake mold. The decoration of the cake is matched according to your preference. This season, only strawberries are the most beautiful, and I want the color of mangoes to look better at first, but this season, mangoes are not in season, so I use other fruits instead.

1. 4 eggs, egg white and egg yolk are separated into oil- and water-free containers. Add 15g of caster sugar to the egg yolk, manually beat until the caster sugar is completely melted into the egg yolk, then add 40g of corn oil and 75g of milk and continue to beat and mix by hand.

Add 20g of caster sugar to the egg yolk, manually beat until the caster sugar is completely melted in the egg yolk, then add 30g of corn oil and 50g of milk and continue to beat and mix by hand. Sift the low-gluten flour and add it to the egg yolk liquid and mix well. Mix the egg yolk paste until there are no particles.

8. Add 30g of caster sugar to the egg white three times to beat hard. Take one third and add it to the egg yolk paste and mix well.

9. Then pour the mixed cake batter into the remaining egg whites and continue to mix evenly.

Tips:
