Digital Cake
1.
Separate the egg white and the yolk, stir the egg yolk, add 15 grams of white sugar, then add the milk and stir well, then add the oil and stir evenly, and finally sift the flour and stir evenly, set aside.
2.
Add the remaining 30 grams of white sugar to the egg whites in three separate steps until they are hooked.
3.
Add the egg white to the egg yolk that has been stirred in three times. Remember to flip up and down instead of drawing circles.
4.
After stirring, pour it into a 28*28 baking pan covered with greased paper, and preheat the oven at 170 degrees for ten minutes.
5.
Heat 150, lower heat 160° for fourteen-five minutes. After the baked cake rolls cool down, it is better to use the prepared digital mold to cut off the excess part with a bread knife.
6.
The whipped cream is scored three times and the white sugar is added until it has a sharp hook. Finally, use the round piping mouth to mount the numbers one by one, add dragon fruit in the middle, and add fruits on the surface at will.
Tips:
1. Make two cake rolls
2. Because I forgot to take pictures when I was making them. These pictures are the cupcake pictures I took screenshots.
3. The oven has different tempers. If the cake roll is ok, use a toothpick to stick it as long as there is no scum. It is recommended that the test fire be larger, because the fire of my first cake roll is lower and the taste is a little sticky. Longer, there is no sticky feeling.
