Dipped Cherry Radish

Wash the cherry radish, use to trim off the stalks and roots of the cherry radish

Cut the cherry radish in half
3.
Pour 100 grams of glutinous rice vinegar, 20 grams of passion fruit vinegar, and 70 grams of white sugar in a glass airtight jar
4.
Stir the three with a spoon until the sugar dissolves
5.
Add cherry radish cubes
6.
Cover and marinate for 8 to 10 hours
