Direct Method of Leaf Bean Paste Bread
1.
First prepare all the ingredients, the milk should be warm
2.
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, start the bread machine and knead the dough for 30 minutes
3.
Then add butter that has softened to room temperature and continue to knead the dough for 20 minutes
4.
The kneaded dough is fermented in a warm place
5.
Fermentation is twice as big in a warm place. I put it in a warm water basin and it grows quickly. It only takes 35 minutes. Don't overheat it and it will become sour. The picture shows the dough after fermentation
6.
When fermenting, 500g red bean paste is divided into 30g small dumplings, 16 pieces are needed. Pour honey beans into a small bowl for easy operation
7.
Divide the dough into 8 portions, each dough is approximately 112g divided, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 20 minutes
8.
Roll out the dough into a circle
9.
First, flatten a 30g red bean paste and place it in the middle of the noodles
10.
Then put some honey beans as you like
11.
Press another red bean paste and cover it. In this way, when eating, the honey beans will not fall off
12.
Then seal the triangular dough with three corners overlapping in the middle
13.
As shown in the picture, all 8 of them are ready to look like this
14.
After the dough is shaped, it will be fermented for the second time. My method is to put a bowl of hot water in the oven without electricity, and let it ferment for the second time to about 1.5 times its size. Use a sieve to slowly sprinkle a layer of flour on the dough. , Don’t need to be too thick, use a blade to draw your favorite pattern
15.
200°C oven preheated, baking temperature 180°C for 30 minutes
Tips:
This is a kind of red bean paste bread with special fillings. It not only has bean paste filling but also covered honey peas, so that it is not easy to fall off. The filling is very porcelain, and the taste and flavor are also very strong. It’s best not to eat this bread right after baking. The crust will be slightly hard after baking. Put it in a sealed box and eat it after 2 hours. The crust on the top will become a lot softer. I think the filling inside is quite sufficient. Yes, you don’t need to add more. If you don’t like sweets, add less bean paste. Observe more when baking to avoid uneven coloring.
ps: The following ingredients can be used to make 8 triangular breads in the picture. The size is not too small, but it is as big as a hand. If you think the amount is too large, all the ingredients can be halved.
