Distilled Potato Balls

Peel the sweet potatoes and steam them in a steamer. These sweet potatoes are not used all, only a small part.

Press the sweet potatoes into a puree.

Add appropriate amount of tapioca starch.

Knead it by hand into a dough that is dry and wet.
