Materials

Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda through a sieve

Add sugar and lees
4.
Squeeze into a ball

Divide into equal parts

Steam in a pot on high heat for 10-15 minutes

Well ripened and out of the cage
Tips:
The vinasse has a lot of water in itself, so no additional water is needed.
You can boil water when you knead the dough, and steam it in a pot immediately after the water is boiled. The steaming time is adjusted according to the size of the steamed bun.
