Dog Bun

Mix the yeast and water, add the flour and knead into a smooth dough.

Divide the kneaded dough into two portions, add 6 grams of cocoa powder to one portion and knead it into cocoa dough. Cover all the dough tightly and let it rest for half an hour.

Take out 5 grams of white dough, add a little bit of black rice flour or bamboo charcoal, and knead it into black dough to make the dog’s mouth.

Take 26 grams of white dough and knead it into an oval shape. Use your index finger to gently press it into the shape shown in the figure to make a puppy's head at one-half of the place.

Then take 20 grams of white dough and round it to make the puppy's body.

Divide 6 grams of dough into 2 pieces and knead them to make the dog’s forelegs as shown in the picture. (3 grams per leg)

Take 2 grams of dough and divide it into two, as shown in the figure to make the dog’s hind legs (1 gram per leg)

Divide 5 grams of dough into two, knead it into 2 drops and gently flatten them to make the puppy's ears.

Take another 3 grams of cocoa dough, divide it into two, and press it into a drop shape. (Cocoa dough is slightly smaller than white dough)

Use black dough to make two smiling eyes and a small round nose.

Begin to assemble and assemble into a puppy as shown in the picture. Take a little bit of white dough and glue it on the puppy's buttocks. The modeling is complete.

Put all the shaped dog noodles into a steamer, cover tightly, and ferment to twice its original size.
