Donkey Roll
1.
Stir the same weight of glutinous rice noodles with water. After the water is boiled, steam it in a steamer for 20 minutes, then let it cool.
2.
Spread the fried soy noodles evenly on the panel to prevent sticking, put the cold glutinous rice ball on top and wrap the soy noodles.
3.
Use a rolling pin to roll the glutinous rice ball into a strip.
4.
The red bean paste purchased in the supermarket is diluted with a little bit of water, and evenly spread on the rolled glutinous rice skin, and then rolled up.
5.
Cut it into small pieces with a knife and you can eat it!
Tips:
The weight of water and glutinous rice noodles should be the same, so make as much as you want. The steamed glutinous rice noodles must be left to cool in order to have a soft and sticky texture. The red bean paste from the supermarket is too sticky. Dilute with water to spread evenly. If you like sweets, you can mix some sugar in the red bean paste.
