Take a large microwave oven, add glutinous rice flour and corn starch

Add sugar and 18 grams of salad oil, the rest is used to brush the silicone pad, etc.

Add a proper amount of water, I probably added 180 grams of glutinous rice flour paste

Cover the lid and put it in the microwave on high heat for 2 minutes. Take it out and stir vigorously with chopsticks. Beware of hot hands.

Put it in the microwave oven again for 2 minutes and then take it out and continue stirring. After brushing the oil on the silicone pad, put the glutinous rice ball on top and brush some oil on the dough

After spreading the fresh-keeping film on the dough, use a rolling pin to gently roll out into a rectangular shape and spread the red bean paste evenly on the dough

Roll it up with the help of a silicone pad

Sprinkle the prepared soybean powder evenly on the top with a sieve, turn it over and sprinkle some more, so that it is covered with soybean powder and cut into small pieces with a knife. It is best to apply some oil each time.

Bite the microwave twice, stirring vigorously each time!
