Tips:
1. Slowly fry the soybean noodles bought from the supermarket over low heat until golden brown, and then sieve;
2. The mixed batter can also be steamed on the gas stove;
3. When rolling the dough, you can sprinkle more soybean noodles to prevent sticking together;
4. The bean paste bought in the supermarket is a bit dry and not easy to spread evenly. You can add a little cold water to make it thinner and make it easier to spread.
