Donkey Rolling
1.
Mix glutinous rice flour with sticky rice flour, add water, vegetable oil, and milk to form a uniform, particle-free batter.
2.
Put the steamer on high heat and steam for 20 minutes until cooked. Turn it in the middle to cook faster.
3.
The red bean paste that I bought is too dry, add condensed milk and a little milk to make a thick paste.
4.
Soybean noodles are fried in a non-stick pan to get the aroma of beans and put on the chopping board. When the steamed dough is dried until warm, you can put it on the chopping board and knead it smoothly with the soybean noodles, roll it into thin slices, and smear the bean paste, leaving 3 cm unpainted, so that the bean paste will not overflow when rolled.
5.
Roll the bean paste into a roll, and rub it back and forth in the soybean noodles to make a layer of soybean noodles on the outside.
6.
Just cut into moderately sized pieces.
