Stir-fry the soy noodles into a light brown pot over low heat. (This portion can be made several times.)

Pour into a basin, add an appropriate amount of powdered sugar, mix well, and set aside.

Pour glutinous rice flour into another pot, and pour water little by little.

Then knead it into a smooth dough. Put some oil in the basin and put the dough in it. Put water in the pot, put on the steamer, cover the pot, and steam for 20 minutes. (The oil in the basin is easy to take after the dough is steamed)
