Donkey Rolling

Mix all the ingredients together and stir well

Boil water in a pot and steam for about 30 minutes

Take it out and let cool until it's not hot

Take half of the amount, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and knead it repeatedly until the dough is smooth, and roll it into a thin sheet of uniform thickness with a rolling pin.

Use scissors to cut from the middle of the fresh-keeping bag

Take half and put on red bean paste

Roll up from one side

After rolling, roll with soybean powder (sesame, matcha powder), and cut into evenly-sized pieces.
