Donkey Rolling

Glutinous rice flour, corn starch, salad oil and water are mixed into a thick batter like yogurt;

Choose microwave power P80, ding for 5 minutes;

Take it out every 2 minutes and stir it with chopsticks. You will feel that the more the dough is stirred, the stronger the stickiness;

Let the glutinous rice balls cool until they are not hot, and sprinkle a little cooked soybean flour on the cutting board;

Roll the glutinous rice ball into a rectangle;

Spread the bean paste evenly;
7.
Roll up the dough and sprinkle with cooked soybean flour;

Use a sharp knife to cut into pieces about 3~5cm each, and load them into a plate.
Tips:
1. Increase or decrease the amount of liquid in the glutinous rice dough material as appropriate, and adjust it to a thick paste like yogurt.
2. When the glutinous rice ball is microwaved, take it out and stir it with chopsticks every 2 minutes.
This recipe uses Midea’s smart microwave, model M3-L235B, capacity 23L, and power 800W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own microwave.
