Donkey roll is a snack in Beijing. Rolled with bean noodles, it looks like a donkey roll, hence the name. However, I don’t have soy noodles. I was afraid that my cooking machine was not too thin, so I didn’t roll the soy noodles. I just rolled the fried glutinous rice noodles. Although it is not authentic, it has a special flavor!
The filling is made a few days ago with orange-flavored sesame black bean paste. It's delicious! However, glutinous rice food is delicious and not greedy. People with weak stomachs shouldn't eat more!

Donkey Rolling

1. Slowly add water to the glutinous rice flour to form a dough. Very sticky, it is recommended to wear gloves

2. Spread oil on the plate, put the dough on top, and steam on high heat for 20 minutes

3. In addition, take glutinous rice flour and stir-fry with low heat until slightly yellow. If there is soy noodles, use soy noodles

4. Spread a layer of fried glutinous rice flour on the mat

5. Put the steamed glutinous rice ball on top

6. Sprinkle a layer of cooked glutinous rice flour or soybean noodles on top of the glutinous rice ball

7. Roll out into thin slices and spread a layer of red bean paste

8. Roll up, roll up tight

9. Use a knife to cut into small pieces

Tips:

The red bean paste should not be too hard or too moist
