Donkey Rolling

Steam the soy noodles for 20 minutes and sieve for later use

Add 100g of glutinous rice noodles and mix well

Put a piece of plastic wrap coated with vegetable oil on the plate (the plastic wrap must be heat-resistant, if you don’t put the plastic wrap, you can apply oil to the plate), then pour the glutinous rice batter and steam for 20 minutes until cooked

Spread the soy noodles evenly, pour the steamed glutinous rice dough into the soy noodles and spread out

Spread the red bean paste evenly on the glutinous rice dough, leaving about one centimeter not to be spread. It can be rolled

Then roll up the glutinous rice noodles, cut into pieces and serve
