Donkey Rolling

Stir the glutinous rice flour with water to form a uniform batter.

Take another bowl, spread a thin layer of oil on the wall of the bowl, pour in the stirred batter, and steam in a steamer for 16-18 minutes.

Take it out, stir well with chopsticks while it is hot, cover with plastic wrap and let it cool.

Sprinkle a layer of soybean flour on the chopping board, put glutinous rice noodles, and then sprinkle a layer of soybean flour, and squeeze it with your hands.
