Donkey Rolling (ancient Brown Sugar Version)

Knead the yellow rice noodles with boiling water to form a dough (do not add too much boiling water at a time, add slowly)

The dough is made up, not too soft, add some dry powder when it is soft

Boil water in a pot and divide the dough into several doses. There are no special requirements for the size. Wrap the doses into nests (for easy cooking) and steam them in the pot for about 15 minutes.
