Tips:
1. Several kinds of flour in material 1, and other miscellaneous grain noodles can also be selected
2. For the nuts in material 2, other nuts can also be selected, and use after chopped
3. Because there are more grains in miscellaneous grains, the fried noodles after frying are slightly darker than the pure white noodles, and the taste will be a little rough when eaten.
4. During the whole frying process, heat up on a low heat and stir frying continuously, otherwise it will be easy to fry
5. At the beginning of frying, some flour and oil will condense into a small dough, which can be scattered by constant frying.
6. The frying time is related to the amount of materials. If there is a large amount of frying at a time, the frying time should be appropriately extended
7. During the frying process, the color of the flour will gradually turn yellow and then brown, and you can smell the aroma of cooked flour, which means it is cooked.
8. After turning off the heat, continue to stir fry until the fried noodles cool down completely
9. Sesame seeds must be crushed with a rolling pin in advance to destroy the outer hard shell and make the nutrients of sesame easier to be absorbed
10. Fry the oily fried noodles in the air and place them in a clean airtight box, sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, which can be stored for 2 weeks
11. Every time you take it, be careful not to get water and keep it dry
12. When preparing, use boiling water to make it easier to make a thick paste. If the water temperature is not high, the batter will be thinner and not thick.
13. There is no need to add seasonings when making fried noodles. When you eat each time, add white sugar, brown sugar, honey, salt, salt and pepper to make different seasonings according to the taste.
