Donuts

Prepare materials.

Put milk, egg liquid, sugar, and salt into the bread machine, add high-gluten flour, and put yeast on top. Start the mixing process.

After 15 minutes, add softened butter to continue mixing. The noodles are alive enough to be touched and start to ferment.

Ferment to double the size.

Take out the dough that has been made, and ventilate it into a round piece.

Use a donut mold to make a donut.

Cut the oil paper into squares and place the pressed doughnuts one by one.

Tips:
1. When frying the doughnuts, the oily paper underneath should be put in the pan together so that it will not be deformed.
2. The oil temperature must be controlled well, and the heat should not be turned on too much to avoid scorching.
